Needed a new element for my cooker contacted NAC who arrange for technician to come and fix my problem, I was given a date and 3 hr time scale . The technician arrived on time and replaced my old element with a new one, pointing out where the old one had blown and in a very short time my cooker was up and running again.

In my case, the repair couldn't be done, but I was very quickly able to know that the repair was impossible, and therefore I got a new unit. The guy who came to do the repair was really nice and easy to deal with. He let me know he was on his way, and I would use them again. I've used them before, in fact. This is the third time that I've used NAC.

Our Microwave broke down, I call NAC and spoke to Rita who was so friendly and helpful gave me appointment date for engineer to come around to repair, he promptly arrived and checked our Microwave he could not fix it as he didn't have the parts he told us we need to get it fix he can order the immediately we said yes ,he got part delivery date and booked appointment to come and fix it. Engineer promptly arrived 8.00 am to fix it and also tested to make sure it is working we are very pleased with service provided by NAC. I highly recommend to my friends and family and neighbours.
